To determine the's quality of teachers performance, an educational institution must carry out a teacher performance appraisal process. This study aims to optimize the teacher performance appraisal process to make it faster and more precise. The method's used's Profile Matching. The results of this study are to determine the performance of teachers more precisely at 100%. So that this system is very helpful in making the right decisions in assessing the performance of teachers in schools.
