Nowadays, healthcare, business, and transportation necessitate the construction of data networks with several devices exchanging data via the internet. Sensors, software, and other technologies enable internet-connected objects to communicate. In order to manage vast data efficiently and reliably, internet of things (IoT) has revolutionized data centers. As data volumes grow, thus do the demands on data centers to store, process, and consolidate it. The problem is on the network security when it comes to the Internet of Things which is no silver bullet for the IoT dilemma. Furthermore, the attacker can target IoT-enabled devices, increasing the chance of important data packets being lost and the network’s overall lifespan. As the number of users increases, so does the volume of data exchanged. The attack on the data center will increase unwanted session, energy consumption as well as spectrum utilization issues. This work proposes to simulate a data center attack and provide a method to reduce the effect of the attack on security. The suggested solution covers attack mitigation to reduce network security risk and assure network longevity. The energy analysis of a data center electrical infrastructure is incomplete without considering traffic volume. In network’s performance analysis, target area’s user density, traffic demands, and signal to noise plus interference (SINR) are considered. As a result, the proposed dynamic spectrum output spectrum is on SET or approaching magnitude 1 on CDF curve at −16 decibels.
