Cryptography is the answer to the problem of digital data security and data compression is the answer to the problem of data size. This study discusses crypto-compression on text files using the AAβ cryptographic algorithm and the Goldbach G1 Code compression algorithm. This test was carried out on homogeneous strings, heterogeneous strings and artificial corpus. bits in the file under study range from 1 to 100000 bits. The value of Compression Ratio (CR), Ratio Of Compression (RC), Space Savings (SS) and Bit rate are calculated in the compression test. The number of bits generated in the encryption and decryption process will be counted in cryptographic testing. In this study, the resulting ciphertext has a size 8 times larger than plaintext. And the size of the ciphertext after being compressed can be reduced bymore than 35%.
