With the continuous development of power system informatization, information security is becoming more and more important. The information security of power enterprises affects the realization process of power system informatization. Although the current rapid development of security technology and security products, but still can not meet the requirements of enterprise information security, the fundamental reason is that many enterprises have not established a perfect information security system [1]. In the application process of information system, various uncertain factors such as external network attack, system network maintenance error, malicious damage and propagation may threaten information security.Therefore, it is necessary to establish data transmission security management standards and data management platform, so that information can be managed and transmitted in a unified and orderly way, and data files can be transmitted safely and efficiently. This paper implements a data security transmission management system to solve the security problems of technical documents sent to cooperative enterprises in the process of technical information exchange and sharing between enterprises., which is based on file information security development. It puts an end to the hidden dangers of information security in the process of technical information exchange and sharing between enterprises, prevents the leakage of core technical information of enterprises, and ensures the security in the process of technical document exchange and sharing between enterprises.
