Abstracting and Sharing Process Knowledge
Fabio Casati · 2021
This paper discusses the problem of collecting and sharing information in contexts that are either adversarial or characterized by lack of public, timely information. Specifically, we focus on problem where the knowledge of interest is both factual and procedural. We show that in these context information sharing among peers is central, but that it is hard to effectively share, collect and aggregate information in a way that it is useful to information consumer. We also show that the key to achieving this is embracing the notion of context-specific process beliefs.
