Dealing with Realizations of Hidden Regularities in Data as Independent Generalized Precedents

A new approach to data analysis based on the concept of generalized precedent as precedent for the manifestation of hidden partial regularity is investigated, in particular, options for ensuring the independence of precedents are proposed.
