The integration of mobile edge computing (MEC) and device to device communication (D2D) is considered one of most promising techniques to realize reliable communication and computation performance. In this paper, we present a dynamic task allocation policy for saving energy in D2D-MEC system, in which two users have their dynamically arrived tasks. Specifically, the transmission energy consumption and computing energy consumption is minimized, which is constrained by task causality and task completion within a limited time-interval composed of multiple slots. The task allocation of local computing and task offloading is optimized jointly. By using convex optimization methods, the optimal solution to the sum-energy minimization problem is obtained. Simulation results are provided to confirm that the proposed dynamically task allocation can significantly save energy, when comparing with other schemes.
