Sample Representativeness Estimation as a Preliminary Stage of Statistical Steganalysis

The criterion of the test sample representativeness under the condition of a determined reliability and accuracy is described. It based on the proof of the independence of the proposed distribution from the distribution of the mathematical expectation and variance. The mathematical apparatus of matrix theory and probability theory is used.
