Current IP based network does not always efficiently deliver contents even though large size contents greatly increase traffic volume of network. Content Centric Network (CCN) has been proposed as a new network architecture to solve this problem, and directly use a content identifier to obtain content without a content location in the network. Then, a content identifier is have to be used in the routing when a content is delivered to a user. However, an information update method to create a routing table has not been well studied in CCN architecture. To solve this problem, we propose a link state routing method for CCN routers with a blockchain technology to create a routing table. The proposed method not only improves failure tolerance but also enables to manage content. We design and implement the proposed method in open source CCN software platform Cefore.
