The paper is aimed at modeling the processes of team building by hybrid intelligent multi-agent systems. Modeling these processes is especially important when constructing hybrid intelligent multi-agent systems of agents created by various independent teams of developers. In this case, the agents of the system can try to exchange messages in different languages, within incompatible protocols, their goals and domain models can contradict each other. This article discusses one of the mechanisms for ensuring the cohesive agent’s teamwork in the system, namely, the construction of cohesive agent interaction protocol by agents to solve the problem.
