This paper proposes a study of mental and physical stable game content in virtual reality through brainwave detection. More and more people are complaining of fatigue due to stress caused by continuous work or excessive use of electronic devices. To relieve stress, it is important to rest your brain through sufficient sleep or mental relaxation time. Experts also stress that rest is important to improve the brain's memory, encouraging the brain to perform time to organize the period through mental relaxation. It is a virtual reality content that can build a realistic environment, and it proposes content that can confirm the process of resting through light activities and factors that help rest as a process of brain wave change.
