Overall optimization by coordinating center and local optimizations

An approach to optimization of a comlex industrial system is studied based on center-local optimizing structure.Final purpose to maximize total profit of an overall system is developed by considering coordination of center optimization of simplified overall system and local optimizations of subsystems.Our formulation justifies the local optimizations in relation to the center optimization so that the overall purpose is achieved.
