Channel card architecture for multimode board test systems

This paper will describe innovations in board test channel card design that improve the price-performance and flexibility of board test systems. We will discuss a new channel multiplexing scheme and show how this scheme can be used efficiently to configure a variety of multiplexing ratios depending on user requirements and applications.
