Abstract : This document specifies the functional requirements that are to be met by the Terrain Parabolic Equation Model (TPEM) Computer Software Configuration Item (CSCI). A discussion of the input software requirements is presented together with a general description of the internal structure of the TPEM CSCI as it relates to the CSCI's capability.
