Laughter is known to be effective for promoting health and relieving stress. In this study, we developed the cervical microphone and recorded on the conversation. The amplitude of cervical microphone and the amplitude of sound level meter were highly correlated, we determined to record on the conversation by the cervical microphone in non-restrictive monitoring. Laughter was defined four syllable intervals "Ha Ha Ha Ha". The syllable intervals during laughing voice were compared to the syllable intervals during conversation. It was considered that the laughing voice were able to extract from the conversation. Next study, we plan determine the threshold of syllable intervals during laughing voice, and analyze the counts and the time of laughing voice.
