Using new processing systems often leads to problems concerning user’s capability to understand and easely use the new system he has to work with. Most of the times training courses are insufficient to override such problems, for they should enable people to communicate with computers by using a new restricted language so different from the natural speaking one. This leads to pay more attention on ‘how’ to query the system rather than ‘what’ to ask it.
