Characterising users for inclusive design - three requirements

In the context of research into the organisation and presentation of user data and information to designers in support of Inclusive Design, the definitions of disability, taxonomies of user characteristics, and sources of user data were reviewed. Existing problems with user information will be broadly described, and three requirements for collecting, organising and presenting user information will be presented and discussed.
