A Device Handler for the Time of Arrival Emitter Location System.

This paper describes an I/O driver (a device handler) to be used with a Direct Memory Access interface for data transfer to the Digital Equipment Corporation PDP-11/45 computer for the Time of Arrival project. The considerations in writing the I/O driver are detailed.
