The Design of NAND Flash Controller Supporting ONFI

A Solid State Drivers' controller supporting ONFI standards based on NAND Flash was designed.The soft-core MicroBlaze was played as the controller processer.And AXI bus was used to transmit data efficiently.Under the control of pointer controller module,ping-pang structure was realized to increase throughput rate.Logic optimization of the main module made writing operations much more efficient.Results showed that all sequence diagrams met ONFI standards strictly.
