Securing IoT-Based Microservices Using Artificial Intelligence
Sushant Kumar, S. Mukherjee · 2021
In the current era, the Internet of Things (IoT) evolved as one of the most fascinating technologies, but some pitfalls have come, including the security of IoT-based systems. This can be one of the most relevant security aspects of the project because of its connection to the systems. This chapter focused on the protection issue with respect to security settings, where many diverse systems and several utilities are involved, and where security is hard to guarantee. State-capable technologies such as OAuth2 and TLS were implemented, alongside a methodological approach for building a constellation of microservices using lower latch full-clique architecture microservices. Through this procedure, a more reliable and expansive IoT architecture was developed, which was subsequently backed up and assured by a reference implementation that was created. By providing different types of connections between sensors, this design accommodates both fixed and mobile devices as well as allows them to get attached or integrated into the system without the latency. The protection system allows for an improved software connectivity, suitable for device resources and security details to be increased on a case-by-case basis. This shows the generality of the solution and the ingenuity of the designers included in it, as well as the strength and effectiveness of the method they used.
