Complex indicators of reliability of telecommunication systems and communication networks are considered. The upper bound of the structural reliability of the communication network has been determined. The reliability of a communication network with limited bandwidth of communication channels is evaluated. A method for determining the connectivity of a communication network has been developed. The indicators of the reliability of the communication network are determined.
