The vigorous development of the Internet has created an era of intelligence. With the continuous promotion and innovation of information technology, the amount of information on the Internet is explosive growth. At present, there are a variety of text information on the Internet, including politics, economy, culture, life, geography and other aspects. This paper expounds the implementation process of tourism culture management platform from the aspects of development technology overview, demand analysis, system architecture design, system implementation, etc. The core module of the system, namely the advertising management module, is designed and implemented in detail, and shows the functions of plan creation, material creation, data report, directional content package management, etc.
