Using Entropy Function for Definition States of Information System

The concept of a state of L. Zadeh of the theory of systems is in detail studied. The yielded concept educes with reference to information systems. It is offered to define a state and quantitatively to estimate, as well as a yield of information system, the entropy distribution function. Transferring from L. Zadeh theory to use of the equation of Kolmogorov`s–Chepmen`s is offered. As the initial data construction of distribution functions of entropy is recommended.
