Education is a fundamental aspect of life for each student which cannot be modified but which, during crisis time, may turn the shape into a new digital pedagogical method. The online and print retention of educational data has become a standard. The education industry tried to shift all its activities online by applying lockdowns because of the Covid-19 epidemic. However, this change made it difficult to deal legally with certain procedures, such as document verification and LOR approval. In this article, we compare and propose our approach to several already existing techniques for tackling the issue at hand.
