Application of Big Data in Analyzing the Impact of Explosive Cyclone on Ship Navigation Safety

The field of ship exists objectively for every ship, and the research on the field of ship is also a very important content in offshore engineering. Since Mr. Fujii, a Japanese scholar, first put forward the concept of the field of shipping, it has become a hot topic in the field of maritime experts and scholars. By studying different waters and different encounter states with different methods, various ship domain models have been obtained. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the flow reasoning mechanism and method for the navigation safety assessment of ships in the waters with fixed line system. The method in this paper is based on conditional information entropy rough set method to reduce the initial set, and further modified by expert model, so as to obtain the security evaluation elements for constructing the ontology.
