Sensor derived space situational awareness alone is not sufficient to meet the growing operational need. More comprehensive data is needed to increase the carrying capacity of space to safely meet the demand for space services. This requires using trusted space data to individually self-synchronize activities. This trusted space data includes situational awareness, intent to maneuver, decommission, and more. This paper describes the information-sharing use cases and prototypes exploring using decentralized information sharing as an approach to enable trusted sharing among a wide set of stakeholders versus the predominate pattern today of narrow bi-lateral information sharing.
