Peter Drucker, the Mind of a Management Thinker, once taught people that “Neither results nor resources exist inside the business. The basic premise for entering the Verification Loop is that “the team agrees that the selected solution is the best way to verify or solve the business problems in the present situation”. The main task of the Verification Loop is to convert the minimum viable solution from a descriptive language into a runnable software package in the most reliable quality and at the fastest speed, deploy it to the production environment for running, and then collect relevant data accurately and show them to the team for making judgment and decision. Most personnel are needed to take part in building, including business staff, product owner, development engineer, testing engineer, and operation maintenance engineer, especially when a new product is being developed or an existing product undergoes substantial change.
