The paper presents the overall design scheme of the large-screen display and monitoring system for sports competition venues. The event system adopts the C/S structure mode, and uses the extensible markup language XML for data exchange, realizing the modernized information display service of the sports competition venues on the large screen. The main function of the system is to realize that the console host sends control commands to the content server in the local area network environment, and then the content server sends the display information to the display module. The display module receives the personal information of the athletes, competition time, results, and penalties during the game. The accurate real-time display of information provides a new design idea for the current large-screen display system of domestic sports events.
