PatternRecog: Stable release of the Pattern recognition algorithm

The release has gone stable and the publication on the algorithm has is online since September 2015. The Paper can be found her: doi: 10.1175/JCLI-D-15-0098.1. There has been a few updates of some imported modules that have to be imported slightly different. No new features have been added to the code.
