The Passive and Active Microwave TRAnsfer tool (PAMTRA) solves the radiative transfer for passive and active microwave radiation in all-sky conditions, i.e. clear-sky, cloudy, and precipitating atmospheres. This release contains the model as it has been submitted to Geoscientific Model Development.
