This project allows to generate datasets of scenarios of the dynamic pickup-and-delivery problem with time windows with varying levels of dynamism, urgency and scale. Changes: Scenario length is now configurable, default has changed to 4 hours. Links to RinSim 4.1.1 and RinLog 3.0.0.
