Major updates Took out remaining hard coded defaults in evolv2.f and made them part of the inifile and added documentation to describe what they control updated defaults of some of the parameters to be consistent with CMC fixed a few outstanding bugs, including some changes to mix.f and how the rejuvenation factor is set. Cleaned up some of the documentation in general we will encourage users to user this version over v3.0.0
