Identifying routes from path similarities

83 trajectories of 27 bumblebees in a cluttered tunnel containing 49 objects. The trajectories were obtained from 5 synchronised cameras. Implementation of our method to identify routes from bumblebees' paths can be found in the associated git. Intermediate results of the analyses can be found in the archive results.tar.xz.
