this release fixes two bugs and improves process tests process.py is removed, all pure Python implementation is in pyprocess.py tests are improved, both Cython and Python versions are compared fixed the bug in Cython due to // fixed the bug in Cython for cases when window_size == search_size == image size, caused range(0,0)
