Joint CD and DGD estimation enabled by FrFT based time-frequency reconstruction

We developed a joint CD and DGD estimation algorithm using Fractional Fourier Transform (FrFT) based time-frequency reconstruction and multi-task deep neural network (MT-DNN). The estimation error for CD and DGD is 217ps/nm and 0.46ps, respectively.
