The harmonica microphone

Current popular microphones for harmonicas are bulky and relatively heavy. This project used an electret microphone with a flat frequency response and shaped its response to the desired one for a harmonica by cascading the microphone with two filter systems. The result was a lightweight and small microphone that is superior to the current popular one.
