State-of-the-art OCR Algorithm for Translation Guiding: An Online-offline Combinational Model

State-of-the-art OCR algorithm for the translation guiding considering the online-offline combinational model is studied in this paper. The difficulty of the handwritten character recognition is mainly due to the different writing habits and writing styles of different people, to deal with this challenge, this paper proposes the novel clustering based OCR framework. The neural computation is combined for the data structure analysis and the image analytic model. The designed model is applied to the smart translation guiding. The online-offline combinational model is designed and tested to validate the performance.
