Overview on Managing a Manuscript Writing Project

This chapter presents a writing project as any other project, which should be managed using the best project management tools and techniques, in order to present results and products that will provide benefits to the aquaculture community. In this context, the lead author of a manuscript acts as a project manager and ensures the delivery of a manuscript on time and within the budget.
