March Madness Magic: Constructing a Tournament with a Magic Cube

A magic cube of order n is an n×n×n array containing each of the first n3 positive integers exactly once, such that the sum of entries in every row, every column, and every pillar are the same. We use a magic cube of order 4 to construct many tournaments with a variety of interesting properties.
