The topic of this funal paper is the realization of a 4th order NP filter with 3 amplifiers with Butterworth approximation. At the very beginning the standardized transfer function was determined and the analysis of frequency characteristics and time responses was performed. Further, an analysis of the denormalized transfer function as well as for the normalized transfer function was performed. The transfer function is denormed to a cutoff frequency of 4 kHz. By solving the node equations, the normalized and denormed values of the elements were arrived at so that the characteristics obtained in MATLAB could be compared with those obtained in the LTspice program. By comparing the characteristics in MATLAB with those obtained in the LTspice program, they matched, which means that the realization was successfully carried out.
