Classification and Prediction Software System (CLAPSS) is a tool developed for solving different classification and prediction problems using, among others, some specialized approaches based mainly on fuzzy sets, rough sets as well as decision trees. The tool is equipped with a user-friendly graphical interface. A new functionality, recently added to the tool, focuses on analysis of multi-class decision problems. In the paper, the following strategies used in such problems, available in CLAPSS, are described: one against all (dichotomous), one against one, hierarchically-dichotomous. In these strategies the underlying classification is performed using the selected decision tree based and rule based algorithms implemented in the WEKA system.
