Hierarchical structure and scientific configuration of food safety legal responsibility platform with JAVA under the background of mind map is studied in this paper. The core concept of cloud storage technology is to use multiple technologies such as distributed systems, networks, and clusters to gather multiple types of some storage devices distributed in different locations in the network. Considering this prior information, this paper optimize the Java as the theoretical basis. Further, the food safety legal responsibility platform is implemented and the data mining is integrated to evaluate the overall performance. The performance testing is conducted to show the results.
