The incidence of autoimmune disorders among human beings is increasing continuously over the recent years. For this current study, we retrieve primary data from public database. We carried out the molecular docking study by using the AutoDock computational tool to evaluate the interactions of phytochemicals like cyclohexane, 1,2,4-triethenyl-, apigenin, and eugenol from tulsi leaves with human cytochrome P450 3A4. Cytochrome P450 3A4 protein is expressed in different organs according to age, and also affects the metabolic function of other proteins. The binding energies of phytochemicals with proteins were predicted by using the molecular docking study and it was found that the binding energies were -7.9, -10.5, and -7.3 kcal/mol for cyclohexane, 1,2,4-triethenyl-, apigenin, and eugenol, respectively. Based on the observation, the phytochemicals extract from tulsi leaves can be used as traditional medicine to treat various autoimmune and aging disorders. A new solution and future insights in the field of the conventional healthcare system can thus be established using various computational approaches and creative predictions by bioinformatics approaches.
