Trotter Errors from Dynamical Structural Instabilities of Floquet Maps in Quantum Simulation

Even small Trotter step sizes can lead to significant errors in the quantum simulation of spin systems, revealing a crucial interplay between physical properties of the simulated Hamiltonian and the Trotterized evolution.
