With the rapid development of emerging technologies such as the Internet, cloud computing, and big data, the traditional data center of the Internet of Things has been addressed with problems such as complex operation and maintenance, low configuration efficiency, high construction costs, and lack of effective unified business monitoring methods. This paper, by studying the related technologies of hyper-convergence, proposes a plan for applying the hyper-converged architecture to the power data center. This solution will achieve the goals of high-efficiency integration of data center hardware, flexible resource scheduling, rapid system deployment, safe and reliable data, and unified business operation and maintenance. Facts have proved that using hyper-convergence to provide underlying support for the power data center is an ideal way to transform the data center architecture.
