Analysis on the Training System of Archives Managers in Colleges and Universities Based on Dynamic Programming Algorithms

Dynamic planning is a method to solve the optimization problem of multi-stage decision-making process. It is characterized by transforming the multi-stage decision-making problem into a series of interrelated single-stage problems and then solving them one by one. The personality education of archivists is crucial to the construction of archival information resources. This article elaborates the connotation and role of the personality of archives administrators in colleges and universities, and addresses the current status and problems of the lack of personality education. It proposes to strengthen the cultivation of the professional ethics and information literacy of the archives management personnel in colleges and universities, enhances professional self-confidence, and eliminates negative feelings of burnout. To improve professional skills and to promote the development of university archives management. This paper describes the system structure of planning and scheduling, and then uses the principle of dynamic programming to solve the problem of multi-task competitive resources in planning and scheduling. The solution and optimal solution obtained by dynamic programming algorithm only have the error caused by state quantization.
