Word Sense Disambiguation (WSD) is the process of selecting the most appropriate meaning for a word with multiple senses. It is an intermediate task that allows the correct execution of others, such as Machine Translation (MT), Information Retrieval (IR) and Information Extraction (IE). There are so many works related to word senses that it is practically impossible to describe them all. Most of them can be referred from [Agirre 2006].
