Natural Interaction Technology in Virtual Reality
Wei Shen · 2021
Natural interaction allows a user to interact with a computer system in a parallel and non-precision mode via multiple interactive channels based on own inner perceptions and cognition skills. With the technology of virtual reality(VR), a simulation environment is generated by a computer, the user can investigate or operate objects in the virtual world using natural skills of humans, and intuitional and natural real-time perceptions such as seeing, listening and touching are provided. Brand-new technological support is provided by this technology to natural human-computer interactions. Based on introduction to technological theories of Human-Computer Interactions(HCI), the paper makes elaborate analysis on key technologies and research status quo of multiple natural interaction techniques in virtual reality and comes up with its development prospect in the future.
