Hybrid face recognition PICA algorithm for individual's security at home

This chapter describes the basic steps of face recognition, the number of face recognition algorithms with their advantages and disadvantages of each and explains the proposed work which is the integration of two algorithms (Principle Component Analysis and Independent Component Analysis) with the usage of feedforward neural network as a classifier in order to provide security for an individual who is living alone at home.
