Using Deep Learning Techniques for Endoscopic Image Analysis

The method for the diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease by classifying endoscopic images using deep learning techniques was developed. The developed model based on convolutional neural network was trained, evaluated and tested on a dataset of endoscopic images. The results obtained indicate the possible effective use of the model in the diagnostic process.
